## Step-by-Step Instructions

### View User Reports

**Navigation**: Console > Audit > Report analysis

**Prerequisites**:
- A CIAM administrator account with report viewing permissions
- Access to the CIAM management console

1. Log on to the CIAM management console  
   - Element: **Overview** (link) — main content area  

2. Navigate to the Audit section and open the reporting interface  
   - Element: **Report analysis** (link) — left navigation panel  

3. Filter report data by application  
   - Element: **Select application** (dropdown) — top of chart area  
   - Notes: Options include "All apps" or individual applications; default is "All apps"

4. Set a custom time window for data analysis  
   - Element: **Access Period** (date_input) — top of chart area  
   - Notes: Used to define the date range for most charts; supports custom ranges up to 30 days

5. Switch between preset time ranges using tabs  
   - Element: **Last Seven Days** (tab) — top of chart area  
   - Notes: Alternate tab is **Last Month**; clicking either updates all relevant charts

6. Interact with proportional charts to view detailed metrics  
   - Element: (tooltip) — chart area  
   - Notes: Hover over segments in charts labeled **Registration source**, **Authentication method**, or **Use equipment** to see percentage breakdowns
