## FAQ

Q: Where can I find the privacy clause management feature in the console?
A: Go to Console > IDaaS > Privacy Management, then click the **Clause Management** link in the left navigation panel.

Q: Can I edit a clause after it has been published?
A: Yes, but you must create a new version using the **Add New Version** button. Published clauses cannot be edited in place to maintain audit integrity.

Q: What happens if I don’t select any applications in “Associated Applications”?
A: The clause will not be enforced or displayed to users in any application. At least one application must be selected for the clause to take effect.

Q: Do users need to re-consent when a new version is published?
A: Yes. Each new version is treated as a distinct clause, and users must provide fresh consent unless configured otherwise via integration logic.

Q: Is there a limit to how many clauses I can create?
A: No. There are no usage limits on clause creation or management operations.
