## Operation Steps

### Change Mailbox Skin

**Navigation**: Console > Mail > General Settings > Skin Settings

1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client  
   - Element: **Settings icon** (button) — upper-right corner of the page

2. Go to General Settings > Skin Settings  
   - Element: **General Settings** (menu) — left navigation panel

3. Select a skin from the available options  
   - Element: **Skin Settings** (tab) — main content area  
   - Notes: The screenshot shows available skin options.

4. Save your changes  
   - Element: **Save** (button) — bottom of the settings panel

### Customize Email Interface

**Navigation**: Console > Mail > Themes

**Prerequisites**:
- User must be logged into Alibaba Mail console
- User must have administrative privileges to manage themes

1. Navigate to the Themes section in the Mail console  
   - Element: **Themes** (link) — left navigation panel

2. Click on the 'Create New Theme' button to start designing a custom theme  
   - Element: **Create New Theme** (button) — top-right corner of the Themes page

3. Select a base theme from the dropdown menu  
   - Element: **Base Theme** (dropdown) — form fields section  
   - Notes: Available options include Light, Dark, and System Default

4. Customize colors, fonts, and layout using the provided controls  
   - Element: **Color Picker** (text_input) — main content area  
   - Notes: Users can preview changes in real-time

3. Select a language from the list and click Save

4. Click the icon next to the Settings icon on the mailbox homepage to switch the language  
   - Element: **icon next to the Settings icon** (button) — top-right corner  
   - Notes: The icon is shown as an image; it appears as a language selector.
