# Alibaba Mail Email Composition Console Guide

## Step-by-Step Instructions

### Send Email

**Navigation**: Alibaba Mail Webmail > Compose

1. Log in to Alibaba Mail Webmail and click **Compose**
   - Element: **Compose** (button) — located in the top-right corner
   - Notes: A new email composition window opens

2. Fill in the **To** field with recipient email addresses
   - Element: **To** (text_input) — in the header section of the composition window

3. (Optional) Fill in the **Cc** field for carbon copy recipients

4. Enter the email **Subject**

### Use AI Email Writer

1. Open the email composition page by clicking **Compose**
   - Element: **Compose** (button) — located in the top-left corner of the mailbox interface
   - Notes: A new email window appears

2. Click **Smart Writing** to activate the AI assistant
   - Element: **Smart Writing** (button) — located at the bottom of the email composition area, below the body textarea
   - Notes: A prompt input box appears in a dialog or inline panel

3. Enter a question or writing prompt in the input box (e.g., "Write a follow-up email about the meeting")
   - Element: prompt input box (textarea) — within the AI assistant panel

4. Review the AI-generated content, then click **Insert**
   - Element: **Insert** (button) — in the bottom-right corner of the prompt dialog
   - Notes: The generated text is inserted into the email **Body** at the cursor position
