# Alibaba Mail Productivity Tools Console Guide

## Operation Steps

### Set Up Calendar Reminder

**Navigation**: Settings > General Settings > Reminder Settings > Calendar Reminder

**Prerequisites**:
- Access to Alibaba Mail web client
- Google Chrome browser installed
- Administrative access to OS settings

1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client and open **Settings**
   - Element: **Settings** (menu) — top navigation panel

2. Navigate to **General Settings** in the left panel, then select **Reminder Settings**, and finally **Calendar Reminder**

3. Confirm that **Calendar Event Reminder** is set to "Accept"

4. Ensure **Desktop Notification** is enabled

5. Open your browser’s main menu and go to **Settings**

6. Navigate to **Privacy and security** > **Site settings** > **Notifications**

7. Check if `https://qiye.aliyun.com:443` appears in the **Allowed to send notifications list**
   - Element: **Allowed to send notifications list** (list) — Permissions section
   - Notes: If missing, manually add `https://qiye.aliyun.com:443`

8. On Windows, open **Settings** from the Start menu
   - Element: **Settings** (menu) — Start menu

9. Go to **Notifications & actions** and verify **Google Chrome** is listed under **Get notifications from these senders**

10. Enable both **Show notification banners** and **Show notifications in action center**

11. Check **Focus Assist** settings and disable or adjust rules if notifications are blocked

12. On macOS, open **System Settings** from the Apple menu

13. In **Notifications**, find and click **Google Chrome** in the app list

14. Turn on the **Allow Notifications** switch

### Create Tasks

**Navigation**: Webmail > Task > Create Task

**Prerequisites**:
- Login to Alibaba Mail Webmail

1. Click the **Task** icon in the upper-right corner of the page
   - Element: **Task** (button) — upper-right corner

2. Click the **+ Create Task** button in the Task section
   - Element: **+ Create Task** (button) — in the Task section

3. Enter the task subject in the input box
   - Element: **input box** (text_input) — in the Create Task form

4. To mark a task as completed, click on the task in the list
   - Element: **task** (link) — in the task list
   - Notes: By default, clicking the task marks it as Completed

### Create New Notes

**Navigation**: Webmail > Note Icon > Create New Note

**Prerequisites**:
- Logged in to Alibaba Mail web page

1. Click the **note icon** at the top of the page
   - Element: **note icon** (button) — top of the page

2. Select an existing notebook or create a new one
   - Element: **select a notebook or create a new notebook** (dropdown) — in the note creation flow

3. Click **+ write notes** to start creating a note
   - Element: **+ write notes** (button) — in the note creation flow

4. Customize the note title, font, and font size in the **Create Notes panel**
   - Element: **Create Notes panel** (text_input) — right side of the screen
   - Notes: Includes options for title, font, and font size customization

5. Use the options in the upper-left corner to send, move, or delete the note
   - Element: **send, move, or delete** (menu) — upper-left corner of the Create Notes panel
   - Notes: These actions are available after the note is created
